Aristotle's Influence on Alexander the Great
Aristotle was a man who focused on the philosophy of the surrounding world. Alexander the Great was a leader who inherited a throne and embarked on a campaign of conquest. At first glance these two characters look as if they have nothing in common, one a thinker and the other a leader. The fact is Alexander the Great would not have been able to accomplish what he had if not for the teachings and guidance of the great Aristotle.
Alexander the Great was born in 356 B.C. to King Phillip II. He was taught at an early age that he was the descendents of ancient Greek Gods and that greatness was expected from him.
