Power Corrupts

People with power are often surrounded by mystery and awe throughout history. Hitler, Napoleon, Churchill, Chairman Mao and even Osama Bin Laden have held positions of power but the most important question is, have they all wielded their powers responsibly? If more good than bad was accomplished when these people were in power, the general opinion would be that this person should be considered a successful and good ruler. However, even if a person seems benevolent and sincere on the outside, we may never know what really goes on in his heart and mind. Afterall, people have the same emotions and feelings, no matter what kind of power you possess nor how rich or poor you may be.
