Leadership is not something you can put a value to. It's the ability to make the people around you better at what they do. Leadership isn't something you can buy or make. It's the aura around certain individuals who can turn disaster into victory, and bring triumph from defeat. When weighing a leaders ability to get what the want, their means of motivating their troops and their accomplishments throughout history, Alexander the great was the unparalleled leader of the ancient world.
Hannibal had many great accomplishments in his lifetime. He managed to trek across the Alps facing ambushes and mountain tribes -along with the bitter cold and deep snow-, and managed to not only survive, but to bring enough men to wage war with the Roman Empire. He defeated Rome in every battle except his last. He won at Trebia, Lake Trasimen and wandered the country side unopposed...
