The use of European languages as the basis for instruction in African schools has many advantages as well as disadvantages. Europeans as well as Americans continually try to expand the Global market by influencing countries with western ideologies and knowledge. This will have a positive affect on the global market, and influence the Africans to think and understand things on a larger scale. The political corruption and chaos that seems to infiltrate Africa like the plague could be quarantined and destroyed with the education of Africans. Africa also has an extremely large reserve of natural resources that are being raped by educated political bosses, but could be conserved and utilized to their maximum potential if more of the population was educated about the world.
