Its six o'clock in the morning and your alarm clock goes off. Is this too early to be getting up? Students everywhere are waking up at this time and getting ready for school. Some schools start as early as 7:30 a.m. If you combine these early start times with the late night studying, this leaves no time for sleeping. Sleep is essential for our minds and bodies to function normally. How are we supposed to perform at our best if our bodies won't let us?
