I think that there should be some restrictions. Even thought it's a "free country" and all, there should still be some restrictions, not a lot but some.One reason for that is privacy. People have the right to their own privacy and if they don't want everyone (or a certain person) to read something, then they shouldn't have to let them. I think that privacy is a very important thing and if there weren't any restrictions to reading everything, then a lot of bad things could happen. Take for instance that you are in the Witness Protection Program and the people who are after you have easy access to your private information. Wouldn't you want that to be between you and the people...
