Based in the United States in the late 1930's, John Steinbeck writes a story of two farm workers, George and Lennie. George is a small quick-witted man who travels with, and cares for Lennie. Although he frequently speaks of how much better his life would be without his care taking responsibilities, George is obviously devoted to Lennie.
