The invention and use of the first Atomic bomb on Hiroshima on August 6th 1945, which resulted in the immediate deaths of thousands was unlawful; however the push for an ultimate weapon made it inevitable. The Second World War saw a turn in the century as the Americans, in hope of ceasing the fighting with Japan, used a different, more powerful weapon; the first Atomic Bomb. Taking into consideration the ethical and moral decisions, the crucial point with the issue is whether the dropping of the A-bomb was right or wrong, just or unjust. There were varying viewpoints prior to and after the dropping of the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
