Should individuals break traditions or laws that conflict with their own personal beliefs? Perhaps, some of the greatest leaders of the worlds,could best answer this question, such as Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King Junior, and Henry David Thoreau,could best answer this question. Each of theseindividuals stood up for themselves in different parts of the world and in different periods. They stood bravely for themselves fighting the greater population and in some cases the law itself. They stood to outcast their voice until everyone heard and realized they stood for their unique thoughts, and beliefs. Individuals should break traditions and laws that conflict theirs beliefs because, traditions and laws can be wrong,; the things that an individual stands for come before laws and customs, and laws cannot be created with the full consent of every belief.
