Review: Zeffirelli's Film Romeo and Juliet
In Verona, Italy the Montagues and the Capulets are bitter enemies. The Capulets throw an affair inviting everyone but the Montagues. The Capulets daughter, Juliet finds an attraction to one certain guest. The guest, Romeo, is a Montague. Romeo sees Juliet in the gala affair; he whispers, "She doth teaches the torches to burn bright." He gives passionately kisses her on her hand behind the pillar. At that moment it was love. Romeo and Juliet wed and lived in their own world of love, passion, denial, love lost, sacrifice and unconditional love.
