Littletree learned so many valuable life lessons while he was with Granpa and Granma. Many of these lessons can also be applied to our life today. Knowing what these lessons are and applying them to your life can help you live a more worthwhile life.

One of the lessons Littletree learned was "it's better to wear out when you've lost something." This means its better to be exhausted and be able to sleep when you have gone through some rough times, than to be lonely and worry. This is important because many of us in life today worry about so many bad things that are going on with our lives. We just need to sleep it off and not worry about it.
