Review of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix"

Summary: Review and author's opinion of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix."
Its Harry's fifth year attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and things have not been more dangerous, nor strange. This year is even more action filled than the last. Very early in the story, bad things are already beginning to happen such as, Demonters show up on Privet Drive, Harry is caught using magic out of school for the second time (meaning that he is to face expulsion), and Harry finds out about a secret force called the Order of the Phoenix. This secret group of people include those who Harry has known, such as the Weasleys, Sirius, Mad-eye, Lupin, and Dumbledore. Then there are people who he just meets like Tonks, Kingsley, Diggle, Emmeline, Elphias, Dedalus, and Sturgis. They are all in a fight against Lord Voldermort, or better known as "he-who-must-not-be-named."

This is the best book ever. I love the whole series and its one of the reasons why I was so eager to read it. This is the second time I've read this book, but I feel that I understood it better. Out of the 5 Harry Potter books released, this I must say is my favorite because there are more conflicts and it was fun reading about Harry as he changed in character. I feel connected to him in a way, after reading the series. I remember the days where he kept me occupied with his many adventures. The Order of the Phoenix was the thickest book so far, but every page was filled with excitement. For example, this one is unlike the others because it had a jumpstart into the plot. The beginning falls just a little bit short of being as interesting as the end. My favorite yet, HATED part of the book is when my favorite character dies but you must read the book to find out who it is.

I recommend this book to anyone. Harry Potter is already famous from all people who has read it, but to those who have not, I strongly encourage you to do so. Please do not be intimidated by the size of the book, once you start reading, you will eventually end up wishing it would never end. Once again, this was absolutely a great book.
