Children are unjustly murdered every day by killers who are either not caught or successfully plead insanity. The fact that someone could kill a child in the first place confuses me, but even more so the fact that a mother can kill her own child is absolutely horrendous. What could make this thought come across ones mind? Children are precious and a vital element to our society. It is bad enough that we have to worry about protecting our children from drugs, sex molesters, and gangs. There are plenty of mothers that are struggling to keep their children alive. How do we protect them from their own mother's? Even though they are often nerve racking, no innocent child deserves to die just because they annoyed their mother too much.
