In recent years statistics have shown that personal qualities has become much more important than the issues themselves. Therefore, in order for President Bush to win the up and coming election he must focus on personal appeal, but he should not entirely neglect unifying the party base. By personally appealing to a broader group of people and expanding his support base, Bush will be able to take the election.
