Examining the Cleanliness of a Dog's Mouth and a Human Mouth
Aim: to find whos mouth is cleaner a dogs mouth or a human mouth.
Hypothesis: I think that humans mouth is cleaner than dogs mouth. Furthermore, I tested that by preparing two dishes where I planted two samples one . is the humans saliva and the other is a dog saliva and observed both of them over a certain period of time .
Materials:
-incubator
-three Petri dishes
-a sample of human saliva
-a sample of dog saliva
-4 swab sticks
-pen
method:
first dish:
first I divided the dish into two parts, one for the dogs saliva and the other for the human saliva. Then using one swab stick I took a swab of a human saliva and planted it on the human part of the dish. Then I took another swab stick, took a swab of a dog's mouth and planted it on the dog's part of the dish.
