Types of Leadership Affect Civility
Werner Finck once said, "Everybody wants to eat at the government's table, but nobody wants to do the dishes." This reasoning is true in today's society in numerous ways. Most people want to control as much power as possible, yet no one wants to do the dirty work that eventually leads up to a higher position, especially when dealing with governmental work. Often this conflict of interest leads to the question, "If only one person can have power, who is the most qualified person for the hold the leadership position"" There are several different types of governments that have worked successfully in the past, with each type of leadership most suitable in its own particular circumstances.
