The book I read was called Cut. This book was written by Patricia McCormick. The theme of this book is about a teenage girl who expresses hurt and anger with self mutilation. This is a fiction drama located in a facility for people with mental and some physical problems. McCormick's, Cut; uses point of view, setting, and imagery to create an entertaining novel that makes you realize no one is perfect.
In this novel, McCormick uses point of view from many perspectives. Most of the book was written in first person, but once in a while the author expressed what other people were thinking.
