The case of James Bulgar is a particularly horrifying one. It was discovered that James Bulgar was killed by two children aged 10. The two boys had kidnapped James in a shopping centre and walked him a few miles away to a railway line. They beat him up on the way. When they got to the railway they threw bricks at James, tortured and eventually killed him. The two boys then put the body on the railway line.
