should re-evaluate his policy set in 2001, the other side argues the policy as best.
Bush's policy set in 2001 has become extremely archaic. The immense progress by scientists have proved that stem cell research is a very worthy cause for federal funding. Advancements from other countries, such as the growing of a new biocompatable human ear by using adult stem cells in Japan, show how much the United States is
truly lagging behind. Since his policy, United States scientists have lost 3 1/2 years of stringent research due to the dearth of funding.
