The normal diet of someone from the UK is very worrying. Not enough fruit and vegetables are being consumed and far too much fatty foods are. The government recommends that we should be eating at least five portions of fruit and veg a day but many people are far from this. The UK has become a lazy nation, instead of serving up a healthy meal for themselves they would rather go to the local takeaway and order from there.
