Da Vinci's Expression of Faith Through Art
Summary: Leonardo Da Vinci used his personal beliefs to bring new interpretations to established religious themes in his art. This can be seen in his famous painting "The Last Supper," in which he portrays details in a manner inconsistent with previous conceptions of Jesus' last meal with His disciples.
Leonardo Da Vinci expresses his religious beliefs through his paintings which have been world known and even so today become a major attraction which depicts the values and morals of the Christian religion through the paintings itself. Although he was commissioned to produce these paintings, they are nonetheless able to express their art in a religious sense which has become a principal belief for Christians world wide.
