Schindler's List
Schindler's List is a movie about the persecution and segregation of Jews in and around Germany. It showed the hard life of the Jews during this time in history.
The Nazis persecuted the Jews. They basically persecuted them because Hitler wanted to ensure that his new German empire was pure. The Jews arrived in camps by the hundreds and thousands. Once they were there, they were sorted by sex, age, and health. This instantly tore the families apart. Many were taken away to be shot or put in gas chambers. The ones who were healthy enough went to work in the labor camps, where many were starved and beaten. Others were part of sick experiments. Some had tattoos put on them for identification purposes.
