The Need for Idealistic Moral People
In the play "A Man for All Seasons" Robert Bolt successfully presents Sir Thomas More as a heroic character. He does this by making More have idealistic morals.
Idealistically moral people are needed in the world because they stop people in power from doing wrong things like bulldozing a innocent trees. Also, they give people someone to follow, and finally idealistic people allow other people to learn from them by reading or listing to their stories.
Even when More was in opposition to the whole country, and when siding with the whole county would have greatly benefited everyone, he did not because of his own personal conscience.
