In life there comes a point in time or an event takes place that changes your outlook on life and makes you change. In all three of these short stories all three of the protagonists find the need to change themselves and their outlook on life. "The Wall", "The Guest", and "Rosendo's Tale" all have protagonists that go through life changes. These changes are either forced or happen because of an experience that they have gone through.
