Influences on Macbeth

Macbeth the main character in Macbeth underwent many changes in the plot. Macbeth is about a mans quest to gain power. His tragic flaw is his own ambition, and his growing greed to want more. This leads to the killings of many people, and in the end his own fall. His ambition wasn't his only fall, with the help of the three witches and Lady Macbeth, the reign of Macbeth was very short.
Macbeths first encounter to a personal change happened when he met the three witches. The witches plant a seed of greed into his heart. They make three predictions; Macbeth would become Thane of Cawdor and would become King. To Banquo they said that he will father many kings, but never will be one. This starts the play off with Macbeth thinking of ways to become King.
Once Macbeth becomes Thane of Cawdor he starts devising...
