In today's world, society have brought up an entire generation to believe its someone else's fault for everything, and instead of dealing with it, one sits back, does nothing, and blames someone else for their problem. That is why obesity is the number one epidemic in the United States; nearly two-thirds of adults in the United States are overweight, and 30.5 percent are obese. Overweight people have become so used to a fast pace and certain lifestyle. And that lifestyle probably began in childhood by making it a habit to eat unhealthy foods without working out, or doing some sort of exercise to stay in shape. However, those who are obese are responsible for their condition and therefore, are the ones who must correct it so they can be healthy, and not be categorized in the number one epidemic in the U.S.
