Dressing for Success
Summary: Debates whether or not uniforms should be worn in school. Concludes that With uniforms, students have better
grades, have high self esteem, don't have worry about what others think about them, and
prepare them for future jobs that require them to wear uniforms to work.
School uniforms are mostly known to be in expensive, private schools. And the
idea of bringing uniforms to a public school brings shivers down some student's minds
everywhere. But why is that? Uniforms have great side effects, like better grades,
safer school environment, prepare students for future jobs and many other things.
Public schools should take a look at the idea of uniforms, and see that uniforms cause
great things in students and don't always have to be associated with expensive, preppy,
private schools anymore.
First, uniforms produce better grades from students. When schools require uniforms, they cause students not to look on what other students wear at school, because they're wearing the same thing.
