Mercutio Analyis

Mercutio is defiantly a round character, because of the vast amounts of emotion he portrays. At times he is playful, making banter with Benvolio and Romeo, other times he is rude and rash, teasing Juliet's nurse, and still other times he is helpful, telling Romeo to be rough with love if love is rough with him. Although he attends to many roles Mercutio's main function in the play is prankster. He often mocks the other characters about their own traits...
