How Hamlet Became the Tyrant

Hamlet is a very complex character whom people have been criticizing and dissecting for years. There are many ideas and theory's why Hamlet went mad and turned into the tyrant, and if he even truly went mad after all.
In act one Hamlet is completely sane - he can think logically and has complete control over his actions. In act two is where you can start to see the change from sane Hamlet to the tyrant. In act two we see Ophelia conversing with her father and telling him about an encounter she had with Hamlet earlier that day. She tells her father that he came to her in a disheveled and shaken state of mind and spoke of "horrors." Polonius replied by telling her that he went mad because of the loss of her love for him.
