A Biography of Benito Mussolini
Benito Mussolini, known in Italy for his dictatorship, was born on July 29th of 1883. Mussolini had spent almost 21 years ruling Italy as a dictator. He tried building Italy into an empire, but left it to the armies of the other nations, instead. Benito also founded fascism, which is a system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, in the year of 1919.
Born in Dovia, Italy, Mussolini attended a teacher's training school in the town of Forlí. He also taught as an elementary school teacher for a little period of time. He stopped teaching, and then became a teacher again in 1907-1908. Mussolini was often known for his records with police for vagrancy and fighting. He was also known for his mean facial features while speaking his speeches.
