Forbidden City

Forbidden City takes place in China during the Spring of 1989. In the beginning everything seems normal. Foreigners aren't really trusted but still get better treatment then civilians. Some residents live in poverty while the sons of government leaders live like kings and get almost anything they want. Eventually things will turn out to the worse as what started as a peaceful protest goes wrong.

Alex: Alex is a seventeen year old boy who is offered a one time chance in a life time, to see China with his father who is a cameraman. Alex is excited and determined to find out all he can. He starts taking Chinese lessons and starts wearing Chinese cloths to try and fit. Later when the protest starts Alex is stuck in a bad section of the protest area and needs the help of some local students to get out.
