One Man's War: The Story of Charlie Sabatier

This story was written down about a soldier, Charlie Sabatier, who used to be at the Vietnam war but was shot at war and came back as a handicapped person. The war changed him in both ways: not only physically, but also mentally. However, although there were many things changed in Charlie Sabatier's life, there are things that left unchanged: Sabatier is willing to stand out for the things which he thinks that they are right. In this essay I will discuss about Sabatier's different states of minds before and after war and how he sticks to his conviction to break out rules and regulations.

Charlie Sabatier never really makes any decisions for himself before having gone through the bloody Vietnam war. Even the war itself makes Sabatier feel confused. This is because Sabatier never knows his enemies, he is still called "a good guy" of his country...
