Most conflicts in which the U.S. was involved also involved "third world countries," a term that originated in the Cold War and designated countries that were nonaligned with either superpower. These nations' struggles to industrialize and improve technology needed to keep up with the pace of change in the world. The U.S. should approach its future relations with other third world regions (the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America) by providing aid if needed, and stopping intervention with their governments.
The U.S. should provide aid to the necessary regions of third world countries. In many of these third world countries, a majority of the population have very poor living conditions.
