In our everyday life many types of culture affect us. Everyday we see a new type of culture that affects the way we think and view certain things. When we open a magazine or turn on the television we start to think about what we see and read. If there is a stick thin model we automatically think that we want to be like that and that that is the normal way to look when in reality that model probably has an eating disorder or has had surgery to make them look the way they do in the magazine. Culture has a bigger effect on teenagers more than anyone because they are at the stage in life where they are deciding who they are and what they want to be.
