A Review of Song of the Wanderer

Summary: Discusses Song of the Wanderer, the second in Bruce Coville's Unicorn Chronicles. Explores each stage of main character Cara's journey. Identifies pivotal plot points and story conflicts.
The main characters in this book are Cara Hunter, Ivy Morris, Beloved Hunter, Ian Hunter, M' Gama, and Arabella Skydancer. As the Protagonist, Cara Hunter is a 12 year old girl who was the Great-Granddaughter to Beloved a villain to Unicorns, but also the granddaughter to Ivy Morris, the wanderer, a good friend to the Unicorns. Cara was on an exciting quest, she had to make her way through the magical world of Luster to the unicorn queen, who asks Cara to bring back her grandmother Ivy so that old wounds can be healed. Due to that fact, people had to trust her even thought her blood held the Hunter traits, which were people who disliked Unicorns.
