If Pearl Harbor did not occur, the tide of the war might have been different. If Pearl Harbor did not occur the devastation faced by the U.S. Navy might have been limited and to a minimal. However, that was no reason for U.S. not to enter the war. Eventually the U.S. would have found it necessary to get involved because of the great militaristic success the Nazi army had achieved. The U.S. army might find it necessary to help in the war effort in the beginning by the normal practice of the Lend Lease Act but later they would send their troops into Europe. This is would be to aid in the fight against Nazi and Fascist government. I believe that the U.S. might have been reluctant in sending troops into Europe because it had no reason and the economic restricted it.
