Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was born in Ulm Germany on March 14th, 1879. His parents were
Hermann Einstein, a featherbed salesman, and Pauline Einstein. Einstein s parents were
non observant Jews. They moved to Munich when Einstein was an infant. Around 1884,
Albert receives his first compass to help him, scientifically. Around 1886 he began his
schooling in Munich. HE had violin lessons from age six to age thirteen. He had some
religious education at his home, where he was taught Judaism. Two years later he entered
the Luitpold Gymnasium for more religious education. After this, most of his religious
education was given at school. In 1889, at ten years old, Einstein begins a program of self
education. He then starts to read as much about science as he can. In 1891, he studied
mathematics, and it was mainly calculus.
