Summary: This is a summary and analysis of the book "CrossFire" by Jeanette Windle.
CrossFire by Jeanette Windle is a book with two Points Of View; one from an American girl, Sarah, who married into a Bolivian family and an American DEA agent, Doug Bradford. The book switches back and forth between these POVs. The Bode family who spent 2 years in Bolivia recommended this book and they said it was accurate.

It starts out with Sarah and Nicolas Cortez on a plane from the US to Bolivia, where they'll live. She is worried about what life would be like. She meets Nicolas' family and they are really rich and have a large home. Though it seems most of them don't like her, she just lives with it.

One night, she goes to a barbecue with Nic and meets a lot of nice, rich people. She accidentally asks them how they make their money and Nic gets mad at her telling her not...
