The word itself "March Break" can bring shivers down the spins of parents or increase the heart rate of a young youth or teenager. Its almost as if March Break was created by children but when asked nobody can ever say how March break was created. Out of all the holidays in the year March Break is placed in the right spot. It gives children a break but at the same time causes havoc for the rest or painful memories. It fits nicely in a chain of holidays, and is unique.

March Break to a child is heaven. A week without school, a week to sleep in, a week to just sit around relax and just don't care. To teenagers it means a chance to be with your friends no more pressure of school, no more teachers assigning endless hours of homework every night, no more 10 page assignment...
