Experiment
Summary: Essay provides the results of an experiment regarding the behavior of gases.
Aim: To investigate on and determine the relationship between pressure and volume of a gas.
Hypothesis: As the pressure increases the gas's volume decreases.
Equipments: Clamp and retort stand, plunger, syringe, a rubber stopper, 5 chemistry textbooks "Exploring Chemistry" and a thick string.
Method: As per attached sheet "Experiment 4: Behaviour of Gases"

Questions:
Some questions and regularities:
- Pressure as observed in this experiment is the force exerted on the walls of the container made by the collision of the gas molecules on the container wall.
- As we push the plunger down the volume available to the air molecules decreases hence the chance...
