This is exactly what John Grisham portrays in his recent novel, The King of Torts. The novel takes the reader on a man's journey from rags to riches and then back] again. Grisham describes the journey and makes it alive using simple literary devices and effective diction and thus creates a very inimitable and authentic style of writing. The style in turn makes the plot even more interesting. The reader is taken on a thrill ride of twists and turns which increases the complexity of the plot.
