In the past few years, West Nile Virus has become an increasing problem in North America. Though it is unknown exactly how it was first brought over from Asia, it is believed that an infected bird or mosquito was brought into the country, and an epidemic slowly grew over time. Now that this problem is evident and it is clear that the symptoms of the disease can be fatal, it is time that North Americans take the stance in stopping the further spread of this disease, and that is done several ways.
