Humans: Not an Expendible Resource
Summary: This is a paper on the effects and processes of stem cell research.
What does it mean to be human? When does life begin? Today, questions very similar to those are being asked across the globe and in our very own homes. Human embryonic stem cell research has been among the most talked-about issues in the science community and have attracted a great deal of public attention. Where should the line be drawn in this type of research? After millions of human embryos are destroyed to continue research that has not yet shown any promising results? The American public, and the rest of the modern world, has already made the decision to side with the scientists who want to proceed with this lethal, in my opinion very wrong, experimentation that would cut short millions of innocent lives.
