Drunk Driving
Summary: My essay is about drunk driving and it's effect on people's lives.
In between 1997 and 2002, 2,335 children died. All of those who died were the victims of drunk drivers. More then two-thirds of those children were riding in the car of a drinking driver. Two thousand, three hundred and thirty-five children doomed to die for no reason. Children who never had a chance because someone whom they knew or did not know decided to drink and drive. Those statistics make you think don't they. It makes you realize that one person's decision could hurt hundreds of people, could take away hundreds of lives that had hardly even begun. Nevertheless, even with that dire realization millions of people chose to endanger millions of lives anyways. This essay is about why they, you, and anyone else should never drink and drive.
