Bahrain's Policy on Illegal Narcotics Trafficing

For years Bahrain has faced the effects of drug narcotics trafficking. Though Bahrain has never itself had an issue with drug trafficking to the point of instating strict laws or creating narcotics investigators funded by there own government. Bahrain does however face money laundering. Money laundering is the largest single traceable reason for poverty in such a small country. Also though we have no issues with illegal drug trafficking, Bahrain did for some time have a problem with pharmaceutical companies based out of other countries laundering our money and selling fake or mislabeled prescription drugs.
IN order to show Bahrain's policy against drugs we have agreed and instate E/NL.1985/2 DECRETAL LAW NO. 4 OF 1973, witch states that all illegal substances labeled as narcotics will not be purchased, sold, possessed, disposed of, imported, exported, or manufactured in the Kingdom Of Bahrain.
