Summary: Essay provides an analysis of the movie "What Dreams May Come."
The movie What Dreams May Come deals with highly intelligible material on both Heaven and Hell. The Catholic Church teaches that Hell is a place of eternal damnation and separation from God, while Heaven is a place of eternal unity and spiritual preservation. Although final judgement is meant to be eternal, the movie follows the journey of Robin Williams as he attempts to save his wife from the shadows of hell. In turn, I believe that Heaven is most rewarding and Hell is a place for punishment and banishment. However, I do believe that there is a place after death where we can try to re-write our wrongs in life before our final judgement.
