Summary: A poetry anaylsis of "Since There's No Help" by Michael Drayton.
In "Since there's no help" by Michael Drayton, the speaker is talking about the end of a relationship. The most important aspect of this poem is the way the speaker changes his tone from the first eight lines and the last six. This technique is drastically effective in showing the feeling of the speaker upon the death of his love, then the personification of the emotion of love shows the feeling of love upon it's own demise. He effectively takes the reader through the emotional ups and downs that ensure at the end of a relationship.
