Summary: Essay provides a discussion on fighting the coontroversial war with Iraq.
September 11, 2001 was the start on the biggest conflict of the century so far. It threw the United States into a so-called " necessary war against the middle east". It started as thinking the Middle East has or had access to weapons of mass destruction. We never found those. Then Saddam threatened to cut off or most valuable resource to the U.S., our oil. Bush in a quick thinking put us at war with a terrorist harboring country Iraq, Where car bombs and men with explosives strapped to them is an every day occurrence. With the United States having thousands and thousands of troops and over $101 Billion so far invested into this war. They successfully eliminated al-quieda, and captured Saddam him self. You can say they have made progress with that but was that worth is at the cost of hundreds of American soldiers lives and hundreds of billions...
