Ergonomics refers to the relationship between the worker and the work environment ensuring that all equipment and work areas meet the needs of the person performing the task.

Raising awareness of the importance of ergonomics in the workplace and making appropriate adjustments can increase productivity and comfort. I will be critically evaluating the classroom in relation to ergonomic and environmental conditions. Discussed will be the positive and negative aspects of the classroom.

The following tips help make the classroom a safe, comfortable, and healthy office environment. Students should take small brakes as short as 10 seconds - 30 minutes to stretch and take longer breaks from your computer every 2 hours. I believe that this is a positive aspect of the classroom.
