Summary: Questions what is art. Maintains that art has to have a process, convey a meaning, use instrument(s) other than your hands to create the masterpiece and it has to make the audience think.
Anything can be art but not everything is art. No, I am not trying to twist your brain or anything like that but seriously think about that statement. If everything was art then this paper your reading is a masterpiece and the ink on it is as well. I didn't create the paper or the ink but its art just because it is. In order for something to be called art there have to be certain qualifications that have to be met.
